Affiliate Partner Agreement

Effective date: September 22, 2026

Status: all placeholders are filled in. Have someone give this a final legal read before it goes live — it's a complete draft, but it hasn't been reviewed by counsel.

This Affiliate Partner Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the bet105 affiliate program. It takes effect once your application is approved. If you're applying on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

1.Who this Agreement is with

This Agreement is between bet105, an independent operator running the bet105 platform ("bet105," "we," "us") under a gaming licence issued in Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, and the affiliate applicant identified in the affiliate program application ("you," "Affiliate"). It covers your promotion of bet105.ag and any other domain or app we designate as part of the bet105 platform (the "Platform") using the tracking links and creative assets we issue you (your "Assets") on your website, social account, or other approved channel (your "Channel"). Questions about our registered entity or licence details can be sent to affiliates@bet105.ag.

We may assign this Agreement, including our payment obligations under it, to an affiliated company without your consent. We may update these terms at any time; we'll try to flag material changes by email, but you're responsible for checking this page. Staying in the program after an update takes effect means you've accepted it. This version replaces any prior affiliate terms between us.

2.Key terms used below

Referred Player — someone who lands on the Platform through your Asset, creates an account, and places a qualifying deposit or wager within the tracking window set on your dashboard.

Eligible Commission — the commission actually payable on a Referred Player once they've cleared the checks in Section 8 below.

Player Revenue — what bet105 actually keeps from a Referred Player's activity, after refunds, chargebacks, processing/network fees (including crypto transaction fees), taxes, and any bonus or promotional credit issued to that player. Our internal reporting is the final word on this figure.

Restricted Territory — anywhere bet105 doesn't offer service, whether for legal or business reasons, per the list we maintain and may update at any time.

Disqualified Signup — a duplicate, self-referred, underage, self-excluded, bot-generated, incentivized, or otherwise invalid account, or one located in a Restricted Territory.

Bad Traffic — clicks, signups, or conversions generated through bots, click farms, cookie stuffing, incentivized clicking, deceptive creative, or any tampering with your Asset or our tracking.

3.Getting approved

Applying doesn't guarantee acceptance — approval is entirely our call, and we don't have to explain a rejection. Once approved, we'll send onboarding details and your tracking Assets by email.

4.Rules for promoting bet105

Approved channel types: content sites, comparison/review sites, blogs and video content, paid search and social (subject to Section 10's brand-term restrictions), loyalty or rewards pages, RSS, opt-in email where you have proper consent, and organic social. Anything else needs our written go-ahead first — this list is exhaustive, not a starting point.

5.Off-limits activity

You, your immediate family, and anyone who works for or with you in running bet105-related promotions can't register as a player under your link — no commission is payable on those accounts either way. One affiliate account per person/entity unless we agree otherwise; we can shut down duplicates and void anything owed under them.

If we reasonably think you've broken any rule in this section or Section 4, we can hold your payments, end this Agreement, or both — on top of any other remedy available to us. You're also responsible for not marketing into a Restricted Territory; the current list is available on request and changes periodically, so check it.

6.How tracking works

We issue Assets tagged with your affiliate ID. A Referred Player is credited to you on a post-click basis only — we don't credit post-view activity. Our tracking platform's records are the final word on who gets credited and for what, barring an obvious system error on our end.

We're not on the hook when tracking fails for reasons outside our control — a player blocking or not consenting to tracking, switching devices mid-journey, using privacy tools that strip parameters, or any technical failure we didn't cause. We can adjust our tracking method over time; if that changes how your link works, we'll give you notice where practical.

7.Commission & how you get paid

Your affiliate dashboard shows which pricing model applies to your account:

Rates can change with notice; a rate change applies going forward, not retroactively. There's no commission on activity generated after this Agreement ends.

Payouts run monthly. Anything under a $100 balance rolls into the next month rather than being paid out. Once your balance clears $100, you choose crypto or wire transfer as the payout method; we aim to process payment within 30 days of month-end. We're not responsible for a delay caused by wrong or outdated payment details on your end.

We can hold a payment during an active fraud review. Until Player Revenue is finalized, any commission figure shown is provisional.

Check your statement — disputes need to be raised within 30 days of the statement posting, or it's treated as accepted. If we spot a calculation error later (either direction), we can correct it, including by adjusting a future payment.

This Agreement doesn't make you our employee, agent, or partner — you're responsible for your own taxes on anything we pay you.

8.When we can withhold or reverse a payment

A Referred Player only generates Eligible Commission once they clear our checks. We can decline to pay, or claw back a payment already made (including against future earnings), if we reasonably determine: another affiliate or channel deserves the credit; the signup is a Disqualified Signup or came from Bad Traffic; the player gave false information or broke bet105's own Terms of Use; the player charged back or got refunded; or the account is in a Restricted Territory — which never earns commission, regardless of how you targeted it. This section keeps applying even after the Agreement ends.

9.Fraud, self-exclusion & player protection

We take player protection seriously — that includes keeping out underage or self-excluded players and preventing multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and related fraud. You agree not to work against any of that, even carelessly.

You must not help anyone get around our location, age, or eligibility checks — that includes not suggesting VPN or proxy use to reach bet105 from a Restricted Territory. We use device, IP, and behavioral signals to catch this; accounts caught this way get voided along with any related commission, and we may cap how many referrals count per affiliate per month if we see abuse patterns.

If we suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity tied to your account, we can suspend or close it immediately, hold or reverse payments, and report it to relevant authorities — none of that is a breach on our part.

10.Using the bet105 brand

We're giving you a narrow, revocable license to use our logo and marks — only in the exact form we supply, only for approved Assets, and only for as long as this Agreement runs. You can't sublicense it, alter our marks, or use them in a domain, handle, headline, or metadata without our sign-off.

Don't bid on "bet105" or close misspellings as a paid search keyword, don't run ads that could look like they come from us, and don't register any domain, handle, or account that could be confused with an official bet105 property — if you already have, we can ask you to hand it over. Using "bet105" descriptively in your own page metadata is fine.

Don't put our brand next to adult, hateful, illegal, or otherwise reputation-damaging content, and don't imply we've reviewed or endorsed your site beyond the standard affiliate relationship. We can require you to pull down any brand misuse on short notice, and can suspend your account immediately if we need to. Given how hard reputational harm is to undo with money alone, you agree we can go straight to a court for an injunction on this point if needed, on top of anything else we're entitled to. This section survives the Agreement ending.

11.What you're promising us

You confirm you're legally allowed to promote online betting in every place your Channel reaches, and that you hold whatever licenses or registrations that requires. You're solely responsible for your Channel's content — it can't be unlawful, defamatory, explicit, or otherwise the kind of thing that reflects badly on bet105, and you'll cover us for any claim that comes from it. You confirm you meet the minimum age requirement yourself. You won't badmouth bet105 or otherwise act in a way designed to damage our reputation.

12.No guarantees, limited liability

The Platform and your Assets are provided as-is — we're not promising uninterrupted uptime, error-free tracking, or any particular outcome. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect losses (lost profits, lost data, and the like), and neither of us is liable for delays caused by something genuinely outside our control (an outage, a third-party failure, a government action). Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited — for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Our total liability to you under this Agreement, however the claim arises, is capped at whatever commission we paid you in the 12 months before the claim came up. You'll indemnify us for losses arising from your breach of this Agreement, and we're not involved in disputes between you and your own site's visitors.

13.Ending the relationship

Either of us can walk away without giving a reason, on 7 days' written notice. We can end it immediately if you materially breach this Agreement and don't fix it after we flag it, or if we determine you've been running fraud or Bad Traffic — in that case, you forfeit unpaid commission and any held reserve. We can also end things immediately, without needing to justify it, if we decide you're no longer a fit for the program.

Once this Agreement ends, take down every bet105 Asset and brand element from your Channel — your license to use them ends automatically. You keep no claim to commission on anything your former referrals do afterward.

We may hold your last payment for up to 30 days after termination, to cover any chargebacks or fraud that surfaces late, and can deduct anything owed to us from that final balance.

Sections covering brand use, confidentiality, payment clawbacks, liability limits, and dispute resolution keep applying after this Agreement ends, along with anything else that logically should.

14.Keeping things confidential

Anything non-public you learn about our business through this program — commission rates, program mechanics, internal data — stays between us. Don't share it or use it outside running your affiliate promotion without our written go-ahead. This holds even after the Agreement ends.

15.The fine print

This Agreement, plus your application and anything we reference in it (brand guidelines, the Restricted Territory list), is everything agreed between us — it replaces any earlier affiliate terms. You can't transfer your rights or obligations here without our written consent. Us being slow to enforce something once doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later. If a clause here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Send notices to affiliates@bet105.ag; we'll use the email you applied with, or whatever updated address you give us in writing.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, and disputes go to the courts there (or to binding arbitration, at either party's election). Claims must be brought within one year of the underlying event, and neither of us can bring a class or representative action against the other.
